September 5, 2010 – The Deltec shell is up!
The precast concrete foundation was erected in 5½ hours on August 23, and the slab was poured and finished four days later, on August 27. The Deltec shell was delivered on August 30, and it was erected over the following five days. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and not a drop of rain during the entire foundation and shell construction.
